1. To ensure successful delivery, please provide us with a complete street address. Our shipping company does not accept P.O. BOX addresses.
2. Please note that if your address is located in a remote area as defined by DHL / UPS / FedEx and your order amount is too small, we may send your package via standard shipping despite you choosing expedited shipping in order to ensure successful delivery of your package.
3. Due to safety regulations, DHL/UPS/FedEx cannot accept packages only containing pure batteries or liquid products. Therefore, these packages will need to be shipped by standard shipping.
