PRODUCTS DAMAGES:

We will make every effort to ensure that our products are delivered intact to our customers. If there is any damage, please take a photo or video and notify us immediately, we will file a claim on your behalf.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

All orders canceled after 24 hours or later are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether your order has shipped or not. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs to and/or from the warehouse to the delivery address.

If your order has shipped, the customer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

RETURNS:

We will do our best to make sure that you make the best choice for your needs. You may email us at any time and we will try our best to help you make a choice. However, we do not offer returns for buyers’ remorse. If your product arrives damaged, please take photo or video to show the problem and contact us immediately.
